How can we help you?

  • You can track your package if you have a dispatch number. Select track and trace in the tool menu at the top of this page.

  • Unfortunately our sorting depots do not have facilities for personal collection of mail.
  • If you use Norway Post’s Express overnight service we will deliver the parcel by 9:00am to most towns within Norway.

  • If all the information and customs documents are present on import, the mail should clear customs within 24hrs after arrival from the sending country. The mail will then be forwarded to your collection office or delivered to your address. If you have a dispatch number you can track the mail using Track and trace.
  • Yes, we can look after your post for short or long periods when you are away from the address where you usually receive your post. We can hold the post or you can have it forwarded to another temporary address. You can order the service by going into Change of address and selecting the required service. You can also order this service by filling in a form. You can find this form at your post office.

  • Yes, if you want your post redirected to your new address you have to let us know about your change of address. You can use our internet service or fill out a form. You can pick up a form at the post office.

  • Our products are described in the Products and services banner. Here you select the product you want. Here you can find information, price and delivery times for the product.

  • You can find the opening hours for individual post offices and Post in shops by using our map service. Put in your post code or town to look for the post office you want information about. You will get information about opening hours, delivery deadlines, addresses etc.

  • You can find your nearest post office by using our map service. Select the post office you want information about by putting in the post code, town etc. This post office might not always be the same as your collection office.
