All prices are in kroner including VAT, determined by the package's weight and price zones (for example, Oslo to Bergen is three zones). The package's real weight may not exceed 35 kg.

Are packages delivered on Saturday?
No, in the case of the cash product, packages must be picked up at the post office on Saturdays.

What does "incorrectly addressed packages" mean?
It refers to packages bearing the wrong address. For Business Pack post offices, it is important to use the addressee's delivery address, not the business address. Packages with incorrect addresses are subject to a fixed surcharge.

In order to maintain high delivery quality, we depend on packages bearing the correct delivery address.

The surcharge for incorrect addresses is 40 kr. per package.

Tracking: I use the tracking service of Bring Logistics and have observed that another post code is given under "delivery action" than that of the addressee.
What you have observed is correct. That post code belongs to the Bring Logistics unit that drove the package out to the addressee.

What does a time guarantee mean?
It means that bring Logistics will refund freight charges in the event of delays not due to force majeure (strikes, impassable routes) or sender's errors. The package must also have had the correct type of address and must have been submitted within the local deadlines.
