Delivery
Packages are delivered to your home Monday through Friday between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. You can decide which day yourself.
To have a package delivered the next day you must order before 12 a.m.
You can order delivery To Your Door here or by telephone on 810 00 710 after you have received a pick-up notice.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery packages can only be delivered to your door if the sender has reported the package to post-Norway beforehand.
If you are uncertain if this has occurred, you can try to have the package delivered to your door. If it hasn't been reported
beforehand, your order will be cancelled.
Payment
The sea can either be paid during the ordering process on the Internet or to the driver. On the Internet you will be
able to pay by credit card. The driver will accept payment by bankcard (Bankaxept). Any postage fee balances cannot at present
be paid via the Internet.
The sender can also order
To Your Door can also be ordered and paid score by the sender (N.b.: fill in the addressee's post code where you are
asked "your" post code). If you want to order and pay for home delivery for a package you have sent, you must wait until the
package is registered upon arrival at the post office. As the sender you can trace the package using the number on your receipt.
When you see that the package has arrived at the post office, the order can be carried out.
If you as the sender wish to order home delivery for the recipient and have not received a receipt with a number, then you have sent your mail as a letter. Then you can order home delivery once the recipient has received a pick-up notice. You will need the arrival number, the name of the post office and the date of arrival. You must get this information from the recipient.
