International
NOK 119 kr. (VAT does not apply) per cancellation request per parcel, i.e. when the parcel is stopped and returned to the sender. The return request can be made in writing or by telephone.
When
Before the right of possession over the parcel has been transferred to the recipient.
How
The cancellation request and shipping number are reported to the destination locality or Posten Norge's Customer Service by telephone on 810 00 710.
Price
The sender must pay for the corresponding new delivery, plus a fee for the cancellation request.
