When the time of day is important
You can choose between guaranteed delivery before 9 a.m., 10 a.m. or 12 p.m. the next workday, or the earliest possible workday in the biggest cities the world over. Applies to exports from the Østland area, Rogaland and Hordaland. From other areas in Norway 1-3 days extra delivery time are expected. This also applies to import express from the whole world to all areas of Norway.

When you want delivery on the next workday, or the earliest possible workday anywhere in the world.
Compensation/limited liability
Liability for loss, damage or delay is limited to 17 SDR (c. 160 kr) per gross kilo of the goods' weight.
Covers loss and damage up to 16 000 kr. and can be purchased for a fee of 160 kr. or 1% of the value of the goods. Consequent losses are not covered.
