The town of Molde has made a name for itself as Norway’s jazz capital, and this year will bring the 50th Molde Jazz Festival. Jazz pioneer Nils Petter Molvær has been chosen to represent all the great Norwegian and international stars who have visited the Festival over the years. The designer of this stamp is Benjamin Stenmarck of Neue Design.

It was the fight against tuberculosis that led to the founding of the Norwegian National Health Association one hundred years ago. The Association is being honoured with its own stamp designed by Sverre Morken.
