    Although small in an international context, Norwegian fashion design does have some names that have attracted attention over the past forty years. The best-known is without doubt Per Spook, whose fairy-tale career also helped to blaze the trail for other Norwegian design successes, such as Helly Hansen and Moods of Norway.
