- You must have downloaded the Posten app on your mobile
- There is no extra cost to send from a parcel locker
- You can send the package around the clock
This is how you do it:
You need the Posten app to order delivery and to open a hatch in the parcel locker
- Select Norgespakke™ small and follow the steps for purchasing shipping
- Select "Deliver yourself", then select "Pakkeboks"
- Complete the purchase
- You do not need to reserve a hatch immediately after purchase, you can do this up to 2 hours before you send the package
- The reservation lasts for 2 hours, and you can reserve again if the time runs out. You then go back into the app and reserve a new slot
- Your package will be picked up the next working day at the latest

The parcel locker is probably not in use, is used too rarely, is broken or too full for it to be possible to send parcels from that parcel locker.
