Privacy Notice for Personalised stamps
This document describes how Posten Bring Group (hereinafter referred
to as “we”) processes your personal data when you use the Personalised stamps service.
In addition to this privacy policy, the general privacy policy of the Posten Bring Group also applies. There you can read more about your rights, how to contact us to exercise those rights, if you have questions, or wish to complain about our processing of your personal data.
The data controller responsible for the processing of personal data is Posten Bring Group, organization number 984 661 185, Biskop Gunnerus’ Gate 14 A, 0185 Oslo.
1. What personal data we process and for what purposes
When ordering Personalised Stamps, in addition to the image you wish to use on your Personalised Stamp, we also collect your name, address, phone number, email address, and the time of the order.
We use your name and address to deliver the order. Your email and phone number are used if we need to contact you. Otherwise, the information is only used to the extent necessary to fulfill the order.
The payment information you provide is used to process payment for the service.
Our legal basis for processing the personal data you provide is to fulfill our agreement with you regarding the delivery of the service.
2. Storage period
When ordering Personalised Stamps, the customer relationship is deleted one year after the last order. For active customer relationships, images are deleted one year after the last order using the relevant image. Other personal data is stored in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods under accounting legislation.
3. Data processor
We use a data processor to assist us in delivering the Personalised Stamps service. The data processor is a Finnish provider (Fotoni Software Oy), and all data is processed within the EU/EEA.
We use Nets as the payment solution for card payments.
