Customs clearance on shipments from abroad
Sometimes the import duties are not paid with the item and this must be charged by us. Here you can pay VAT and customs online.
Identification and authorizations
Should others sign off shipments for you? What should an authorization look like? What should you do with shipments in the event of bankruptcy or death?
Forward or store mail
When you go away, you can have the mail forwarded or we can store it until you return home. Feel free to order as soon as the trip is booked.
Lack of postage
If a shipment is missing or has too little postage, the sender must pay missing postage and an additional fee.
Check what is registered about you in Posten's address register. And you can immediately enter your telephone number to receive an SMS instead of a pick-up note for large consignments that do not fit in the mailbox.
Missing, damaged or delayed mail
Use our tracking service or the Posten app to follow your shipments. Contact our customer service for help with damaged or missing packages.
