Information about processing personal data – Norgespakke™ small

This document describes how Posten Bring AS (hereinafter «we») processes your personal information when ordering the Norgespakke™ small.

There you can read more about, among other things, your rights, and how you can get in touch with us to exercise your rights, if you have questions or want to complain about our processing of your personal data.

1. What personal data we process and for what purposes

When ordering the Norgespakke™ small online, you must state the sender's and recipient's name and address. This information will be on the address label that is placed on the shipment before it reaches the recipient. We use the recipient's name and address to deliver Norgespakke™ small. The sender's name and address are used if the shipment must be returned.

When ordering, you must also provide your e-mail address and telephone number. The e-mail address is used to send you a receipt when the order has been completed. We use your telephone number to notify you of the shipment from the time it is handed in until it has been handed over to the recipient. The phone number can help you to automatically fill in the address fields.

You must state the recipient's telephone number when ordering so that we can notify the recipient electronically that the shipment has arrived at the delivery location.

The payment information that is registered is used to charge for the service.

Our processing basis for processing the stated personal information is to fulfill our agreement with you.

2. Storage time

Personal information and transmission data are deleted when the agreement has been terminated and all obligations arising from the contractual relationship have been fulfilled.
