Privacy Notice – Posten Bring AS, Stamp Service
Information on the processing of personal data – customer relationship with Posten Bring AS, Stamp Service (subscriptions, single orders, and webshop)
This document describes how Posten Bring (hereafter “we”) processes your personal data when you are a customer of the Stamp Service.
In addition to this privacy policy, the general privacy policy of the Posten Bring Group also applies. There you can read more about your rights, and how to contact us to exercise those rights, if you have questions or wish to complain about our processing of your personal data.
The data controller for the processing of personal data is Posten Bring AS, organization number 984 661 185, Biskop Gunnerus’ Gate 14 A, 0185 Oslo.
1. What personal data we process and for what purposes
When ordering a subscription or placing a single order with us, we collect your name, address, phone number, and the items you order. If you order a gift subscription, we also register the recipient’s name and address, as well as the recipient’s deliveries.
When ordering from the webshop we collect your name, address, phone number, email address, and the items you order.
We use your name and address to send the order. Your email address is used to send an order confirmation, and your phone number is used to provide shipping information if the order is sent as a registered (trackable) shipment. Otherwise, the information is only used to the extent necessary to fulfill the order.
The payment information you provide is used to charge for the service. We use Nets for card payment processing.
Our legal basis for processing the personal data provided is to fulfill our agreement with you regarding the delivery of the service.
2. Retention period
Customer relationships and personal data are deleted two years after your last order. Other personal data is stored in accordance with the statutory retention periods in accounting legislation.
If you have a subscription, we store information related to your subscription as long as it is active.
