Registered letters can be ordered online or at service counters. During the ordering process, the sender’s and recipient’s name, address, phone number, and email are provided. The sender’s and recipient’s name and address appear on the address label and will also be used if the item needs to be returned.

For orders placed online, the email address is used to send you a receipt once the order is completed.

The payment information collected is used to charge for the service.
