Purchase and payment terms for purchasing stamps in the online store.
All prices in the online store are specified in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. The cost of shipping is added, but no further tax or fees are payable.

About our prices

The prices shown in our online store may differ from prices at post offices and in-store sub-post offices. The in-store price is applicable if you decide to make your purchase at a post office or an in-store sub-post office.
We make reservation for the fact that typing errors or technical errors may occur in product information, prices and images. In this instance, we may delete or reject orders.

Items always in stock

The online store only sells items that are in stock.

Payment terms

You must be aged 18 or over to make purchases from our online store. You can feel completely secure when you shop. Posten Bring uses secure, tried and tested payment options.

Money-back guarantee and return policy

You have 30 days from the time you received the goods or collected them from a delivery location in which to ask for your money back.

Credit cards

Credit cards issued by foreign banks cannot be used to make payments.
When you make a card payment, you have to state the card number, the expiry date of the card and the CVC code (the last three digits on the back of the card), your personal code and a one-time code (code tag/card). Posten Bring uses a security standard known as

3D Secure, developed by VISA and Mastercard. All information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL encryption, which means that outsiders are unable to view your card information. If you would like to amend or delete your order, please contact our customer service team on tel. 22 03 00 00.

How it works

If you are used to shopping online, using and relying on Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code will be second nature to you. You pay with your card just like you do at the moment, but if you have registered for this service you will be asked to input your password in order to make the payment. This means that as well as stating your card number and expiry date, you have to identify yourself as the cardholder by means of a code received from your card issuer. This code may be a password or a security solution that you are familiar with from your online banking.
