Home Delivery In-Home will be available in the Posten app when it is justifiable to reopen. The Posten Innafor app will no longer be used and can be deleted.

If you are not home to receive the package, Posten now offers delivery in-home. In order to take advantage of the offer you must have a digital lock or a key cabinet with code.
You use the Posten app to order delivery within the door and to communicate any door code with us.
After the package is delivered, the customer receives a confirmation via SMS. The information given to the carrier is deleted when the delivery is completed and the door is locked again.
Safety is important
- Door codes are encrypted on a secure server.
- Door codes are deleted as soon as they are used once.
- Only the postman who delivers the package has access to the code.
- Posten has full data storage control, encryption and deletion.
All online stores that offer home delivery from Posten/Bring to private individuals have this option. The consignment must be under 35 kg. If the online store does not offer home delivery, you can order delivery to your local pickup location, and then order home delivery when the package is underway.

At the moment, door delivery is only possible for "Home delivery under 35 kg" to private recipients. If there is a product that requires the control of the recipient, such as alcohol and pharmacy, it is not possible to have it delivered In-Home.
No. We have not yet integrated with any locks. You will need to create a temporary door code where you usually check your lock, for example in an app or on the lock itself. After you create a temporary code, you enter it in our Posten app. The code is shared with the postman who will carry out the delivery.
You can have any type of digital lock. It can have a password and/or it can be controlled from your own phone. You can also have an analog key locker.

Currently we only support detached houses and townhouses or other residential units where you have a personal front door that has a digital lock. We therefore do not support apartment complexes and urban estates where it is required to enter a common front door first. The carrier who delivers these packages does not have the opportunity to use the key that the postman uses to lock himself in the upstream.
