Send humanitarian aid and parcels to Ukraine
No matter where you live in Norway, you can send parcels to Ukraine for free with Posten. You can send packages to addresses in Ukraine, or humanitarian aid unaddressed (for now on hold).

Here's how to do it:
- Pack what you want to send in a box. You can reuse packaging you already have, but make sure it is solid and well packed. Maximum weight of the package is 20 kilos.
- The maximum value of the content cannot be more than €150 or NOK 1,500.
- Order shipping of what you want to send, and the name and address of the person who will receive the package.
- You will receive a QR code by e-mail.
- Take the package to one of our drop-off points and show the QR code from the receipt to an employee who prints the address label for you.
NB! Address label must be printed by the staff; you can not use the self-service printers.
