How to send parcels in return

Online stores can easily arrange for you to return items you do not want to keep.

The online stores can create a ready-made address label that you paste on the package. The type of address label determines which forwarding method to use. In this way, Posten invoices your supplier and not you. The only thing you do is apply the sender's name and address before you deliver the package to Posten.

It is important to remember that not all packages can be returned to Posten. If you have a return label from another company, packages must be delivered where you picked it up.
