All shipments must be accompanied by customs invoice (pdf), but customs clearance is included in the price. Customs and VAT may be added. You get a free box at Posten, but you can also send with your own packaging.
Marking, dimensions and weight
Standard waybill must be completed in English and all fields must be filled in. You get this at Posten. Mailbox address is not a valid shipping address.
- Maximum dimensions: 120 x 60 x 60 cm.
- Maximum weight: 35 kg per package.
Prohibited content in a QuickPack shipment
Weapons, ammunition, art, live animals, relics, biological material of humans and animals, cigarettes and other tobacco products, dangerous goods, valuable content such as gold, silver, precious stones, coins, banknotes or securities, as well as food and medicines.
Shipments containing prohibited content will be returned at the senders expense.

Delivery
Within 2 business days to most central areas of Europe/North America and delivery 3–4 business days to most locations in the world.
Tracking
Shipments can be tracked by shipment number. DHL is mostly used for forwarding and the package then gets a new tracking number. The customer receives an SMS or e-mail with information about the new tracking number and which carrier the package has been forwarded with. Contact Customer Service on telephone 22 08 37 00 if you do not receive an SMS or e-mail about the tracking number.
