We do not exchange parcels with a small number of countries, and we cannot accept parcels to the countries in the list below. The list will be updated when changes occur.

*For the time being, it is only possible to send Parcel Abroad purchased at posten.no/en or Post-in-stores to Russia and Belarus. For Russia, there are also new restrictions on luxury goods; see country information.

Express delivery by air/QuickPack cannot be sent to Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Iran and Irak.
